Meet Fiona Harding

Yoga Instructor

 

Fiona started teaching 15 years ago after completing her teacher training with Simon Low, which is recognised by Yoga Alliance and The British Wheel of Yoga. Her teaching style is inspired by TKV Desicachar, BKS Iyengar and Vanda Scaravelli.

Fiona’s classes focus on a moving meditation with  dynamic postures, allowing the body to feel energised yet relaxed, the mind alert while still, with awareness on the breath being calm yet fluid.  Her classes allow the body, mind and breath to become one through the practice of pranayama, asana, meditation and relaxation.

 

Fiona likes to incorporate a sense of playfulness into her classes.  She develops a flow of sequences whilst also focusing on being mindful of the body’s alignment in the varied postures postures.

Come along and enjoy movement and stretching in the body whilst being firm in holding asanas.  A lovely way to strengthening mind, body and soul!

Fiona has also trained in rehabilitation Pilates methods with Arran Knight Pilates Studio and can offer 1:1 sessions to support your Yoga practise.
